ClinicalSoft provides on-site
training services for OracleTM,
ClintrialTM, ClintraceTM and Integrated
ReviewTM. ClinicalSoft delivers superior training by utilized highly
qualified instructors and providing customized training materials.
ClinicalSoft trainers bring over 5 years of industry experience
and extensive product knowledge into the classroom. ClinicalSoft
training materials can be customized to include company standards,
including naming conventions, company processes and workflow etc.
All training classes are offered
in two formats: “hands-on” and “traditional”. The hands-on
training classes are often ideal for small groups; using standard
or site-specific specifications, SOPs and CRFs, ClinicalSoft
instructors will demonstrate how to design and utilize clinical
and safety systems effectively and efficiently. The traditional
classes are presented in a lecture format and include a number of
hands-on exercises to apply theoretical product knowledge. For

ClintrialTM
for Clinical Data Entry
Techs (3 days)
This course gives a brief overview of all the modules in
ClintrialTM,
but the main focus is on the Enter and Retrieve modules.
This course is recommended for data entry personnel who will be
entering and retrieving the patient data. The course
includes various aspects of data entry, including the types of
data entry, navigation, setting up user preferences and creating
flags and notes.
ClintrialTM for Clinical Data
Managers (4 days)
This course gives a brief overview of all the modules in
ClintrialTM,
but the main focus is on the Design and Manage modules.
This course is recommended for data managers who will be creating
and managing clinical studies. The course includes various
aspects of study design, creating ClintrialTM objects (page
sections, page templates, study books etc.) and setting up user
preferences and study parameters. ClintrialTM Admin is
optional and may be added on.
ClintrialTM for Programmers (5
days)
This course gives a brief overview of all the modules in
ClintrialTM,
but the main focus is on the Design and Manage modules.
This course is recommended for database programmers who will be
creating and maintaining edit checks. The course includes
various aspects of database programming including creating,
testing and debugging of rules, derivations, data entry processing
procedures using SQL and PL/SQL. Programming for Resolve and
ClintrialTM Admin are optional and may be added if your company is
using Resolve module for discrepancy management.
Clintrial ResolveTM for Users (1 day)
This course is recommended for the users of Resolve module and
includes various aspects of creating, printing, managing and
resolving discrepancies.

This course is recommended for the administrators of Resolve
module and includes various aspects of setting up and customizing
discrepancy status.
ClintraceTM
for Users (1 day)
This course is recommended for the users of ClintraceTM and includes
various aspects of entering, coding and reporting safety data.
